Hi! I’m Michelle. Broker/Owner of The Cape Coral Real Estate Company. I have been incredibly active in this industry for more than 15 years. I have helped hundreds of buyers and sellers navigate through every kind of market you can imagine. I eat, sleep, and breathe real estate and numbers. I am consistently among the top 10% in number of closed sales and top 5% in sales volume for all resale homes in Cape Coral. But that is where the “about me” part ends, and the “about you” part begins. 

I have earned the trust and respect of my community and past clients because I do not make this about me. Instead, I use my knowledge, experience, and passion to create informed clients. As a client, you deserve to hear what is important, what is relevant, and what may or may not influence your buying or selling decision. You need to know the good, the bad, and the ugly so that you can make an educated decision. Could this prevent a purchase or sale? Yes, it happens often! But this is exactly how I have earned that trust I mentioned previously. For me, trust is the most important thing I can “earn”. Trust builds relationships and a lifetime of referrals. This is how I conduct business in every market, in every situation. 

Being in this industry, I have established beautiful relationships in so many fields. Therefore, I “have a guy” for just about everything. With that being said, my clients still only work directly with me, and only me, on the real estate side. I do not hand off to someone else at any point, aside from connecting with the required professionals (inspector, title, insurance, etc). I am also not tied to business hours, and I often work with clients in different time zones.
